At Energyrapic Furniture, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), we offer a straightforward return policy to help make your shopping experience as easy and stress-free as possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You may return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition. It must also be in the original packaging with all components and accessories included.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Mattresses (unless defective)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product. Please note that returns will not be accepted without a valid RAN.
3. Return Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged upon delivery, or we made an error with your order. We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or damaged products.
- Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price may be applied to the return, depending on the condition of the item and whether it is returned in its original packaging.
- Packaging: Please ensure that the returned item is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. Items returned damaged due to improper packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. In some cases, you may need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

We will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a full refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the circumstances. You may be asked to provide photos of the damage or defect for verification.
6. Final Sale Items
Items that are marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
